TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARKING PERMITS
When applying for either a resident's permit, or a replacement visitor's permit, lessees sign up to the following terms and conditions:
Resident's Permit
1. In accordance with the terms of the lease, I confirm that the above is a private vehicle and is not used for any commercial purposes.
2. I confirm that the above vehicle is both taxed and insured. I understand that if at any time the vehicle ceases to be taxed or insured, my parking permit may be revoked.
3. I accept that any parking permit issued to me does not guarantee that a parking space will be available to me at all times, nor that I am entitled to use any specific parking space.
4. I accept that if my car is parked in Queenswood Gardens without displaying the permit prominently in the front windscreen, or if it is displayed with part of the permit obscured or altered, I will be liable to pay the parking charge as set from time to time by UK Parking Control Ltd (“UKPC”) or their authorised agents.
5. I accept that a parking permit may be revoked at any time if it is used with intent to mislead Queenswood Management Association Ltd (“QMAL”), UKPC or their authorised agents.
6. I agree to abide by such other terms & conditions as may be introduced, in accordance with the terms of the lease, for the effective management of car parking at Queenswood Gardens.
7. I agree to abide by the parking terms and conditions, as shown on notices erected by UKPC, QMAL or such other third party authorised by QMAL, and accept that a breach of any term or condition may result in my being liable for a parking charge.
8. I agree to the details I have provided above being held by QMAL, and shared with UKPC or their authorised agents.
Visitor's Permit
1. I accept that a visitor’s parking permit issued to me does not guarantee that a parking place will be available to my visitors at all times, nor that they are entitled to use any specific parking space.
2. I accept that if my visitor’s vehicle is a commercial vehicle, and it remains in Queenswood Gardens between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am, it must be parked in the commercial vehicle bay. If it is parked in any other parking bay, it may be given a parking charge.
3. I acknowledge that if my visitor’s vehicle is parked in Queenswood Gardens without displaying a permit prominently in the front windscreen, or with a permit that is partly obscured or altered, the visitor will be liable to pay the parking charge as set from time to time by UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents.
4. I accept that my visitors’ parking permits may be revoked at any time if they are used with intent to mislead Queenswood Management Association Ltd, UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents.
5. I accept that my visitors may only park in a bay at Queenswood Gardens for a maximum period of 72 hours, and may not return to Queenswood Gardens within 48 hours after leaving.
6. I agree to abide by such other terms & conditions as may be introduced, in accordance with the terms of the lease, for the effective management of car parking at Queenswood Gardens.
7. I agree to ensure that my visitors abide by the parking terms and conditions, as shown on notices erected by UKPC, QMAL or such other third party authorised by QMAL, and accept that a breach of any term or condition may result in a liability for a parking charge.
8. I agree to the details I have provided above being held by Queenswood Management Association Ltd, and shared with UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents.
