Hull and Company are based at Ilford and Chelmsford and cover the whole of East London and Essex, acting for a number of corporate clients, institutions, property companies, banks and other financial institutions, as well as individuals.  Currently they manage approximately 750 flats as well as commercial properties.  They carry out building surveys, property valuations, and advise on virtually anything and everything to do with property. 

They are a relatively small professional practice who pride themselves on giving everyone a personal service. As far as Queenswood Gardens is concerned, they are tasked with managing the common parts of the development, collecting service charges & ground rent and maintaining close contact with the directors as well as attending the monthly board meetings.  Their work is governed by a contract with Queenswood Management Association Ltd, which is based on the standard RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) contract.  The main areas that are covered by the contract - together with those that are not - can be seen here.

Steve Barrable FRICS is the principal at Hull & Company; day-to-day issues are handled by Darren White.

Recently they have started to manage individual flats sublet on assured short-hold tenancies, which can be an advantage where they manage the block as well.
